Nicole Huber has got beauty queen title holder Miss Mundo Paraguay 2011 and Miss Universo Paraguay 2012. Therefore she represented her country Paraguay in the Miss World 2011 pageant was held in London, England,   on November 6, where she finished as Top 20 qualifiers (16th place overall).
Later, Nicole Huber represented Paraguay at Miss Earth 2011 after the original representative Alexandra Fretes can't compete in this pageant. Huber finished in Top 16 semifinals at Miss Earth coronation night, held at University of the Philippines Theater, Quezon City, in the Philippines on December 3, 2011.

In 2012 Nicole Huber won Miss International Paraauay 2012 pageant and she represented her country Paraguay in the Miss International 2012 pageant,  held in Okinawa, Japan and ended up as 4th Runner-up at the end of the event.
