20 year old Fonthip Watcharatrakul from Bang Bo, Samut Prakan (Thailand) is Crowned the Miss Universe Thailand 2010 pageant held on july 13, 2010. Fonthip is Currently Pursuing Bachelor of Law degree at Assumption University in Thailand. She is a beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Thailand Universe 2010 and represented Thailand in Miss Universe 2010.

Thai girls may have received a bad rap no thanks to popular culture and absurd stereotyping. But one look at Fonthip Watcharatrakul will certainly dispel all those connotations. She was Thailand’s representative to the 2010 Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas. Though she didn’t win the crown, she did bag two titles – Miss Photogenic and the Best National Costume.
