Ingibjörg Ragnheiður Egilsdóttir grew up in Seyðisfjörður in Austurland the east part of Iceland. Ingibjörg Ragnheiður Egilsdóttir is a model and a beauty pageant title holder as she is the Miss Iceland Universe 2009. She went on to represent Iceland at the Miss Universe 2009 pageant in the Bahamas on 23 August 2009 where she made it into to the top 15. The eventual winner of Miss Universe 2009 was Stefanía Fernández, representing Venezuela.
